So what is the buzz behind this Interview contest?

The idea or concept behind the Interview contest was really really thoughtful and i would like to thank my team for this breakthrough.Come to think about it,i always thought recruitment was easy back when i started off my giveaway blogs,sharing a link and peope just sign up but it really gave me a hard time.Employing someone and at the same time training someone...Lets just say i took time bridging the Skills Gap between my employees.

Same case Scenario here, we are yet to find Kenyan workers who can fit into this giveaway culture we have around here thats where the Interview contest comes in.Its Design reflects the actual job you will be doing on social media(Liking pages,Tweeting,Signing up for sites)therefore expect nothing short of that!!
